1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing dfdubtricking.com or purchasing any product or service from DFDub Tricking Academy (“DFDub,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our website or services.

2. Services for Minors — Parent & Guardian Responsibility

DFDub Tricking Academy provides instruction and programming for youth athletes. All purchases, registrations, and agreements must be made by a parent or legal guardian on behalf of a minor participant. By completing a purchase, the parent or guardian confirms they have the legal authority to enroll the minor and agree to these terms on the minor's behalf.

3. Payment & Refund Policy

• All sales are final. Camp and class registrations are non-refundable once purchased.
• Refunds or credits may be issued at the sole discretion of DFDub Tricking Academy in cases of documented medical emergencies or exceptional circumstances.
• To request a refund or credit, contact us at info@dfdubtricking.com before the start of your registered session.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe. DFDub does not store payment card data.

4. SMS Communications

By opting in to SMS during checkout, you agree to receive order confirmation messages from DFDub Tricking Academy.

• Message frequency: 1 message per order
• Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan
• To opt out, reply STOP to any message
• For help, reply HELP or contact info@dfdubtricking.com
• SMS opt-in is optional — you can complete a purchase without providing your phone number
• Your opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties (see our Privacy Policy)

5. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

Tricking involves physical activity including aerial movements, kicks, flips, and acrobatics. Participation carries inherent risk of injury. By enrolling a minor in DFDub programming, the parent or guardian:

• Acknowledges the inherent risks associated with martial arts, gymnastics, and acrobatic training
• Confirms that the participant is in adequate health to participate
• Agrees to hold DFDub Tricking Academy, its coaches, staff, and facility partners harmless from claims arising from participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct
• Agrees to promptly inform DFDub staff of any medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations that may affect safe participation

DFDub coaches are trained and safety protocols are in place. This waiver does not limit our commitment to providing a safe training environment.

6. Code of Conduct

All participants and accompanying adults are expected to behave respectfully toward coaches, staff, other athletes, and facility property. DFDub reserves the right to remove any participant or parent from programming without refund for behavior that is disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful.

7. Photography & Media

DFDub may photograph or video record participants during classes, camps, and events for promotional use on social media and marketing materials. If you do not consent to your child being photographed, notify us in writing at info@dfdubtricking.com prior to the first session.

8. Modifications to Terms

DFDub reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be reflected by a revised effective date on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tarrant County, Texas.
