1. Who We Are

DFDub Tricking LLC, d/b/a DFDub Tricking Academy (“DFDub,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates dfdubtricking.com and related services. We are located in Southlake and Grapevine, TX. Questions? Contact us at info@dfdubtricking.com.

2. Information We Collect

When you request a class, register, or purchase through our website, we may collect:

  • Name — parent/guardian full name
  • Email address — to respond to your request and send order confirmations and receipts
  • Phone number — if you provide it, to contact you about your request; SMS messages require your separate opt-in
  • Mailing address — for billing and Stripe customer records
  • Payment information — processed securely by Stripe; we never store card numbers, CVVs, or full payment details on our servers
  • Athlete names — names of enrolled participants for scheduling purposes

We also collect standard web analytics data (page views, browser type, referring URLs) via Vercel Analytics.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Process payments and issue receipts
  • Confirm registrations and communicate class or camp details
  • Send class and account SMS messages — only if you explicitly opt in using an optional SMS consent checkbox
  • Improve our website and services using aggregated analytics
  • Comply with legal obligations

4. SMS Messaging

DFDub Tricking Academy offers an optional SMS program. You can opt in on our free-class request form by selecting the SMS consent checkbox, which is unchecked by default. Providing a phone number alone does not opt you in. Messages may include:

  • Class reminders
  • Enrollment confirmations
  • Schedule updates
  • Account notifications (billing reminders, membership updates)

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Messages identify DFDub Tricking Academy as the sender. To stop receiving SMS messages, reply STOP at any time. For help, reply HELP or contact us at info@dfdubtricking.com.

Opting in to SMS is entirely optional and is not a condition of enrollment, purchase, or any other service from DFDub Tricking Academy.

DFDub Tricking Academy does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent information with third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for marketing or promotional purposes.

5. Third-Party Services
